After Mouton I went to Chateau Chasse Spleen to taste the wines from the bMoulis/b, Listrac, bMedoc/b and Haut bMedoc/b regions and was concerned to see the lack of attendees (see the photo) but perhaps this may increase during the week? Out of the wines from the bMoulis/b appellation I thought ... There have been major building works going on at Cos as they are ploughing money back into the bestate/b, investing in the future and improving their chai ? the process is nearly finished. ...
